Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B collections for U.S.-based clients
• Proven success managing collections for U.S. businesses, with a strong understanding of U.S. billing, invoicing, and follow-up practices
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to conduct calls confidently with brokers and external partners

Requirements

• Transcribe, create, and send customer invoices accurately and promptly
• Communicate with brokers via phone and email to ensure accurate payment setup
• Follow up with brokers on overdue payments and coordinate timely collections
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of invoices, follow-ups, and payment history
• Ensure all work adheres to documented financial processes
