[Hiring] Associate Valuer @Nova Group, GBC

Role Description

Nova Group, GBC is seeking an Associate Valuer to join our growing Valuations & Advisory team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced valuation professionals to deliver valuation and advisory assignments for lenders, investors, owners, and developers across a broad range of commercial property types. You'll develop expertise in commercial real estate valuation, financial analysis, market research, and investment decision-making while building a long-term career in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

• Support the preparation of commercial real estate valuation and advisory reports.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and valuation modeling.
• Research and verify property, lease, operating, and transaction data.
• Analyze comparable sales, market trends, and investment performance.
• Participate in property inspections and market surveys.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with senior valuers and contribute to client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Interest or experience in commercial real estate, valuation, finance, lending, brokerage, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.

Requirements

• Commercial real estate valuation experience.
• Financial modeling and investment analysis experience.
• Argus Enterprise experience.
• GIS, CoStar, or other real estate data platform experience.
• Interest in pursuing a professional valuation designation.
