Role Description
Our Private Equity Fund Services team is seeking to add an Associate to support fund accounting and investor services operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting or finance professional looking to build experience within the private equity industry. Key Responsibilities

Record daily journal entries and review cash reporting activities

Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reporting packages for management approval

Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements
-
Prepare capital calls and distribution calculations for management review
-
Coordinate the delivery of capital call and distribution notices to clients and investors
-
Prepare and review correspondence with investors to address inquiries as needed
-
Manage and maintain client investor portals
-
Coordinate and complete special projects assigned by management
-
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required

Work Pacific Time Zone (PST) business hours
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred

0–1 year of experience in public accounting, investment banking, financial services, or demonstrated interest in private equity fund operations and accounting

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Investran or other partnership accounting software is a plus
Preferred Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

Ability to maintain professionalism when communicating with clients and investors
