Role Description

As an Advancing Financial Adviser, you will provide financial planning and advice to clients, build lasting relationships, and grow a client base across South Africa. Our Client offers ongoing support, product accreditation, and a clear growth path toward becoming a fully Experienced Financial Adviser.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning advice aligned to FAIS and FSCA fit and proper requirements
• Build and maintain long term client relationships through regular engagement
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service expectations
• Complete required product accreditations, including Long Term Insurance Class of Business (COB)
• Maintain personal character, honesty and integrity in line with Fit and Proper standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months financial planning experience
• Completed the Long Term Insurance Class of Business (COB)
• Recognised diploma or degree (advantageous)
• Passed the regulatory examination for representatives, RE5 (advantageous)
• Ability to meet FSCA Fit and Proper personal character requirements, including honesty and integrity
• Self motivated, target driven, and passionate about client service
