Looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented candidate to join our Accounts Receivable team to support our nationwide resorts!
Work Type: Full-time. Hourly. Year-round.
Work Schedule: 9AM-5PM. 40hrs a week. 8-hour shifts.
Location: Fully remote opportunity.

In this role the Accounts Receivable Specialist responsibilities include:

Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations.

Processing and monitoring incoming payments.

Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Creating invoices according to company practices and submitting them for approval by management or guests.

Follows all company policies and procedures.

Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.

Speaking with others using clear and professional language.

Preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely.

Answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.

Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others.

Supporting team to reach common goals.

Listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other associates.

Complying with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.

Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelorβs degree in Accounting preferred.

At least two years of related experience required.
