[Hiring] Accounts Receivable Credit Administrator @Lithia & Driveway

Role Description

As an AR Credit Administrator, you’ll serve as a key liaison between Lithia & Driveway and our customers, helping deliver a seamless and professional credit experience. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service while efficiently reviewing and processing credit applications and responding to inquiries related to credit limits. Behind the scenes, you’ll partner closely with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor to support the management of credit lines, monitor risk, and maintain accurate financial controls. • Review and process credit applications with speed and accuracy
• Maintain organized, up-to-date credit files and documentation
• Monitor credit limits and balances, compiling reports as needed
• Support audits of credit lines to ensure compliance with company policies
• Partner with collections and internal teams to provide account insights
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding credit and limits
• Assist leadership with credit risk management and administrative support

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Critical thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Active listening skills and a collaborative approach
• Previous customer service experience required
• Experience with collections or outbound calls is a plus

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older required
