Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounts payable or full-function accounting role
• Finance or accounting qualification
• Strong working knowledge of Xero, including automated invoice capture and coding
• Experience with Australian supplier invoicing and GST treatment
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when identifying and escalating exceptions
• Disciplined approach to payment controls, including supplier verification procedures
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for supplier-facing matters

Requirements

• Experience with Airwallex or similar payment platforms
• Experience in a professional services or project-based business
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
