Role Description

As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will manage day-to-day invoice processing and financial record-keeping on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week, operating remotely from New York with a 1-month probation period.

• Take over invoice intake, verification, and payment processing workflows.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Partner with our finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and financial record management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is USD 20–28 per hour.
