Role Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for supporting the Finance & Accounting team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments for the Company’s U.S. operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and posting invoices
• Coordinating approvals
• Communicating with vendors
• Resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with ACH and credit card payment processing
• Maintaining accounting documentation
• Supporting account reconciliations and journal entries
• Helping complete reporting and month-end accounting tasks

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, fluent in English, proficient in Excel, and able to multitask in a fast-paced accounting environment.
