Role Description

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Financial Integrity: You ensure every dollar is accounted for by managing the full-cycle AP process for 200+ invoices per cycle, maintaining the accuracy that keeps a massive real estate portfolio healthy.
• Owning the Data: You act as the gatekeeper of consistency, meticulously cross-referencing historical ledgers to ensure GL codes and property assignments follow company standards exactly.
• Building the Blueprint: You contribute to the long-term scale of the firm by documenting repetitive workflows into a centralized "Company Bible," ensuring operational efficiency and team redundancy.
• Clearing the Path: By proactively hunting down invoices in paperless portals and managing the master billing calendar, you free up leadership to focus on high-level strategy instead of administrative bottlenecks.
