Role Description
We are looking for an Accounting Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes.
Mission:

Oversee a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of accounting and tax services.

Lead a team of junior and senior accountants to achieve a high client satisfaction.
Outcomes:

Provide accounting and tax services to a portfolio of Australian startup and SME clients.

Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients.
-
BAS preparation and submission.
-
Tax return preparation and submission.
-
Provide supervision and control for remote bookkeeping clients.
-
Advising and engaging with clients on various accounting & taxation matters.
-
Hire, train, nurture and grow a team of like-minded accountants.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients.

Experienced in team management - hiring, training, nurturing a team of ambitious accountants.

Managing a portfolio of SME clients with scope ranging from bookkeeping to taxation services.

Excellent command of client communication and delivery organisation.
