[Hiring] Accounting Intern @Transit Technologies

Role Description

The Accounting Intern will work closely with the Controller, gaining hands-on experience in financial operations, analysis, and reporting. This role involves remote, part-time responsibilities, including:

• Preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Utilization and management of accounting software
• Conducting financial analysis and creating detailed reports
• Performing journal entries and supporting month-end closing processes
• Collaborating closely with the Controller to learn comprehensive accounting functions within the business

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with financial statements and accounting software
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Understanding of accounting journal entries
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Capable of independent, remote work
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
