Role Description

The Accounting Fixed Assets Manager oversees the reporting and analysis of financial data related to the company’s fixed asset portfolio. This role involves:

• Reviewing, updating, and implementing fixed asset policies and procedures
• Providing training and guidance to business partners
• Serving as the primary contact for the Fixed Asset Accounting team
• Offering accounting support and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Driving process improvements and supporting audits and month-end close activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong focus on fixed asset accounting, capital project accounting, or corporate accounting (required)
• Experience with fixed asset subledger systems and strong general ledger knowledge
• Knowledge base should include developing or implementing accounting policies, process improvements, and internal controls
