Role Description

Support financial operations for established client portfolio through comprehensive administrative and analytical functions within JLL's global finance framework.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Managing financial transactions between JLL and external suppliers, including processing payments and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Assisting with critical month-end and period-end closing procedures, which are essential for accurate financial reporting.
• Overseeing monthly billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Maintain invoice trackers and cashbooks that allow proper financial record-keeping.
• Assist with records reconciliation to ensure accurate and balanced across different systems and accounts.
• Providing timely and efficient support for financial inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting and finance process knowledge required.
• Positive, motivated, and flexible approach to changing work demands and priorities.
• Quick learning ability with genuine desire for professional development and skill enhancement.
• Previous exposure to supplier management, month-end procedures, or financial reconciliation processes preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Systematic, process-driven approach to work with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with JDE E1 and/or SAP financial systems is highly advantageous.
