Role Description
General accounting, fixed assets, trend analysis, business insurance coverage.

Preparing journal entries and conducting month end close task with minimal supervision.

Preparing account reconciliations, including bank accounts and credit card statements.

Reconciling intercompany balances.

Preparing documentation for external auditors.
-
Collaborating with preparation of annual budgets.
-
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
-
Ability to work the designated shift for the position.

Demonstrates initiative in understanding process flows and controls.

Ensures strict confidentiality of financial records.

Qualifications
-
BS/BA in Accounting
-
3-5 years of working experience as general accountant
-
Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

Understanding of month end closing process (full-cycle accounting)

Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Advance level Excel, Pivot tables, V-lookups)

Healthcare experience preferred

Ability to multitask and manipulate large amounts of data.
