Role Description
As an Accountant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality accounting services to our clients. This position is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience, preferably within practice, looking to deepen their expertise and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment. Youβll collaborate with a team of experienced accountants, managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring financial accuracy.
Position Duties

Lead and manage a high volume of portfolio of accounting clients.

Be the key point of contact for all clients.

Accountable for the quality of service deliveries, timeliness, accurate billings, and managing client relationships.

Maintain good rapport with clients to achieve satisfaction and retention.

Plan work effectively and efficiently, providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to staff.

Ensure deliverables are in accordance with the scope of services and timelines, including corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, payroll, GST, immigration, mailroom, and nominee director services.

Demonstrate expertise in primary accounting frameworks and financial reporting matters regulated by ACRA.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives.

Review and/or prepare management accounts, corporate tax computation, payroll reports, GST reports, and other statutory filings.

Provide basic consultancy advice to clients on various accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial matters.

Prepare Unaudited/Group Unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL for clients with zero error.

Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
Qualifications

Recognised degree/diploma in Accountancy.

Preferably professionally certified with ACCA, CPA, or CA qualification.

5-7 years of relevant working experience for candidates who are not yet certified.

2-3 years of relevant working experience for professionally certified candidates.

Good understanding of SFRS and Singapore regulatory compliance.

Hands-on experience with Google workspace and Microsoft applications.

Experience with cloud accounting software, Xero is a definite plus (preferably at least a year of experience in Xero).

Resourceful and experienced with various productivity software applicable to facilitate daily work.

Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Technical Assessment: A ~90-minute technical deep dive with the hiring team.
