Role Description

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Accountant.

Assist with the following for multiple clients:

• Maintain up-to-date financial records and statements
• Month-end closing preparation and reporting
• Prepare Monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet account reconciliation
• Review monthly accounts payable, accounts receivable and accruals
• Review general and standard journal entries and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded
• Manage payroll process
• Prepare internal financial reports and analysis
• Prepare Federal and state tax returns
• Research on tax-related matters on a need basis

Qualifications

• Accounting graduate
• Pursuing CPA or CA (optional)
• 5+ years of experience required
• Experience in financial audit with an accounting or advisory firm (some experience in Big 4 - preferred)
• Detail-oriented and multi-tasking
• Motivated self-starter
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
