Role Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team and take ownership of key accounting operations that support the day-to-day financial activities of the business. This role is ideal for an autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently while collaborating with colleagues across an international organization. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs through banking platforms.
• Review and approve employee expenses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Review payroll information and support payroll-related accounting processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Respond to internal finance and accounting inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
• Support the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Assist with recurring accounting activities and other finance-related projects as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities independently.
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Nice to Have: Dutch language skills.
• Experience working in international companies.
• Experience in technology, digital media, AdTech, or fast-growing business environments.
