Role Description

The FP&A Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, data analysis, and creating automated Power BI dashboards to support strategic decision-making. This role involves collaborating with clients, preparing financial reports, and delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • Perform financial modelling and data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and data manipulation
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards, automating reporting processes and presenting data insights
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather data, identify trends, and interpret financial information
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines from a top-tier university
  • Strong finance background with 5+ years of experience in financial modelling and data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation and modelling
  • Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting automation
  • Excellent communication and English proficiency, able to operate in a fully English-speaking environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Available to connect with US clients and work US hours
  • Able to join ASAP

Requirements

  • If the candidate is familiar with the real estate industry, is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems, programming or coding languages, and big data is a plus
