Role Description
Join Napthens LLP as a Technical Lawyer! This role is crucial in driving technical and quality excellence across our property departments.
- Supervision & Reviews: Oversee team leaders, conduct peer reviews, and sign off on files, ensuring best practices in conveyancing.
- High-Risk Matters: Guide and monitor high-risk transactions, providing necessary approvals and support.
- Training & Development: Implement training programs to address knowledge gaps and ensure continuous professional development.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on legal changes and ensure compliance within the department.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes and policies.
