Mar 28, 2025 - AmpUp is hiring a remote Senior Financial Operations Analyst. 💸 Salary: base salary: $85,000–$105,000. 📍Location: USA.
Role Description
The Senior Financial Operations Analyst will lead and oversee the company's revenue operations, ensuring accurate record keeping, license management, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of scalable processes. Working directly with the company's executives, this role will play a key part in building a strong financial foundation as the company grows, working cross-functionally to:
- Improve operational efficiency
- Support strategic decision-making
- Improve accuracy and responsiveness of financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting, financial, revenue ops., and/or data analysis role
- Demonstrated ability to build new processes that improve automation and reduce errors
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment while collaborating across multiple departments
- Managing and executing in a remote or hybrid team spanning multiple time zones
- Prior exposure to Quickbooks, Maxio, Rippling, Atlassian, and/or Tableau is a plus
Requirements
- Understanding of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data analysis and automation
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
