Role Description
Coinbase is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you'll support our global compensation programs by providing analysis, insights, and modeling to enhance plan design.
- Perform quantitative analyses to assist Compensation Leadership with key projects
- Conduct benchmarking to develop job families and pay targets, supporting job architecture and business growth
- Contribute to the research, design, and administration of compensation programs
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by conducting research
- Collaborate with Talent and People Operations teams to optimize processes
- Develop and maintain tools to enhance efficiency of programs
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience on Compensation teams
- Experience with job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing. Experience with Radford and McLagan is a plus.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights
- Comfort working in a ultra fast paced environment
Requirements
- Experience in global compensation practices and regulatory environments (nice to have)
- Ability to navigate complex compensation structures (nice to have)
Benefits
- Target annual salary range: $148,835 — $175,100 USD
- Full time offers include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k))
