Role Description

Per supportare i progetti del team Legal, siamo alla ricerca di una figura con una forte passione per il mondo Legal.

Predisposizione della contrattualistica standard
Supporto alla gestione delle LEGAL ISSUE
Predisposizione di deleghe di autocertificazioni e dichiarazioni richieste da clienti/fornitori
Predisposizione deleghe di messa in mora
Supporto nella redazione della pareristica in materia civilistica a beneficio delle diverse direzioni
Supporto nella predisposizione delle policies di area Legal

Qualifications

Laurea in giurisprudenza
Spiccate doti comunicative, relazionali e organizzative
Proattività e dinamismo
Capacità di gestione dello stress e ottimo problem-solver
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office/Google Suite
Plus: Master in giurisprudenza o in contrattualistica
