Role Description

Growing law firm is seeking insurance defense attorneys with 3 plus years of experience in insurance defense litigation.

Special interest in attorneys with first-party insurance litigation and/or construction-defect litigation
Experience in one or more of the following practice areas would be ideal:
- Commercial litigation
- Insurance defense
- Product liability
- Employment law
- Business litigation
Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including:
- Preparation of pleadings
- Motion practice
- Taking depositions and trial work
- Handling mediations
Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients
Self-starter; professional
Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
Stellar research, written and verbal communication skills are key
Motivated, ambitious, and career oriented

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
Licensed to practice in California
Special consideration given to those also licensed in Nevada, New Mexico, Florida, Utah
