Role Description
Our summer intern will join us this summer to perform tasks and duties as assigned and directed by the Cambium Learning Legal Department. This internship will work closely with each attorney and business unit clients, while reporting to the Assistant General Counsel. This is a remote internship.
- Work with attorneys and legal support staff on a broad range of legal subject areas, including:
- Corporate Governance and Subsidiary Management
- Compliance & Risk
- Employment
- Business Development, Partners, and International Sales Channels
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
- Intellectual Property Management & Brand Enforcement
- Litigation
- Public Contracting
- Vendor and Procurement Contracting
- Data Privacy & Security
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Marketing & Advertising

Requirements
- Reside remotely within the US
- Must have been accepted into the ACC Scholar program
- Current ACC scholar and applying for an in-house legal internship for Summer 2025
