Role Description

This role involves supporting our global billing operations in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of international client invoices
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with regional billing requirements
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and cross-functional teams
  • Resolve billing inquiries and maintain adherence to client-specific guidelines and international regulations
  • Work with the International Revenue Manager of Revenue Management
  • Be flexible to work overtime as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Biller required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Effectively prioritize workload and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work well under supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Aderant or Elite/3E preferred
  • Experience with Pre-Bill Viewer, E-Billing Hub, Bill Blast
  • Proficiency in Excel required
