Role Description
Für ein mittelständisches Produktionsunternehmen im Allgäu suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Bilanzbuchhalter:in zur kurzfristigen Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen. Der Einsatz erfolgt überwiegend remote, mit einer einwöchigen Einarbeitung vor Ort in Kempten.
- Mitarbeit in der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Hauptbuch)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Bearbeitung buchhalterischer Vorgänge im Produktionsumfeld
- Arbeiten mit SAP und Docuware (DMS- / Workflow-System)
- Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern (z. B. Wirtschaftsprüfer)
Qualifications
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung (HGB)
- Generalistische Buchhaltungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit Docuware
- Bereitschaft zur einwöchigen Vor-Ort-Einarbeitung in Kempten
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
