Role Description
As Head of FP&A, you will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insight-driven financial planning and analysis to support decision-making. You will also oversee the finance operations function, ensuring that billing, invoicing, and statutory reporting are executed efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to make a significant impact.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making and provide insight into business performance.
- Partner with senior leadership to support commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and expansion plans.
- Design and implement financial dashboards and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare board and investor reports, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
- Be accountable for the smooth execution of day-to-day finance operations.
- Oversee invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Own cash flow forecasting and working capital management to support growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Worked in management consulting, investment banking, or in accountancy in one of the big 4.
- Experience in a high growth startup environment.
- Strong financial modelling skills and experience with SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams and influencing across functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial planning tools and advanced Excel skills.
