Role Description
Key member of Global Business Services FP&A team responsible for Finance Shared Services Centers and Finance Site Leader in Manila. This role provides a great chance for dynamic leaders with experience building new organizations. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about driving growth, encouraging innovation, and making a relevant impact. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise and practical approach to craft and elevate our organization.
- Act as a trusted Business Partner to the local Site Leader and global finance workstream Senior Directors, providing support and mentorship throughout financial processes.
- Coordinate, complete, and review the FP&A month-end close process and post-close reporting cycles.
- Identify and implement recommendations to improve current reporting tools, driving efficiencies through automation and financial reporting standardization.
- Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast processes, as well as cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide strong decision support to business leadership by crafting models, presentations, and dashboards that consider controls and compliance standards.
- Take high-level direction and work proactively and independently to drive the execution of team goals and problem-solving.
- Participate as a Finance Leader in continuous improvement projects for the Shared Service Center, developing the ability to communicate and illustrate accurate financial analysis to management.
- Lead a team of analysts, ensuring coordination, motivation, and development of resources.
- As a people manager, drive organizational changes and champion process improvement projects within the site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in FP&A management within a Shared Service Center.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and internal controls expertise.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and identifying process improvements.
- Ability to influence decisions through clear analysis and executive-level communication.
- Proven teamwork skills, self-motivation, and ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; experience working in global, remote teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint; Oracle, HFM, and Power BI preferred.
- Fluent in English.
