Role Description
- Accurate and timely turnaround on all payables for various entities
- Actively monitor AP mailboxes for incoming invoices and vendor statements
- Code invoices using complex GL, cost center and intercompany allocations
- Assist with projects that entail problem solving, analysis and reconciliation
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Meet various deliverables for monthly and quarterly financial close
- Collaborate with the AP team for best practices and process improvement
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Embrace values of teamwork, accountability, and diligence
- Proficiency in statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel)
- Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and financial systems
- Availability to travel to Manila for initial training for up to 1 month
- BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related discipline

- Microsoft Excel - Proficiency Level: 4 (Required)
- Microsoft Office - Proficiency Level: 3 (Required)
- Financial Systems - Proficiency Level: 2 (Required)
