Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Containment Coordinator to join Europe Prototype Team. This role is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing material expenditures according to budget targets, while working collaboratively with various teams.
- Support the maintenance of Prototype Material Budget
- Monitor projects expenditures on a weekly basis to ensure alignment with budget and forecast targets
- Analyze additional budget needs using a defined checklist methodology (forecast verification, credits availability, project funding requirements, etc.)
- Review, verify and approve purchase requisitions through multiple systems
- Conduct regular material forecast reviews with Project Management teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Operations teams to monitor projects expenses
- Prepare and present budget status reports to leadership, including detailed data analysis that identifies cost trends and optimization opportunities (advanced excel required)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives of budget management processes and cost control methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SAP environment
- Strong analytical, data analysis and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
Requirements
- University Graduate - Education in Accounting, Finance or Economy
- Experience of working In Power BI
