Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Tax Senior Accountant to join our team. The Corporate Tax Senior Accountant will be responsible for:
- Reviewing federal and state corporate tax returns, including unitary filings.
- Reviewing federal and state partnership returns.
- Calculating book-tax differences.
- Reviewing quarterly estimates and extensions.
- Reviewing state apportionment and state modification calculations.
- Facilitating data gathering with accounting teams and third-party advisors.
- Researching, coordinating, and providing relevant information document request responses to Federal and state auditors, as needed.
- Reviewing account reconciliations.
- Participating in special projects and performing technical tax research as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- 4+ years of corporate income tax experience required - federal and multistate.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced skills (e.g., v-lookups, pivot tables).
- Experience using SAP and/or Oracle a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
- Team player with positive attitude.
Benefits
