Role Description

Responsible for performing re-occurring and ad-hoc analysis, providing financial and operational insight to the Asset Management team by performing various budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting analyses.

  • Collateral and Market Analysis: Advise and document values of current and potential financed assets, including market research on equipment trends and forecasts.
  • New Deal Pricing: Work directly with Credit and Sales to price multiple financial products, including leases and loans, to facilitate competitive deal structures.
  • Mid-term and End of Term Pricing: Provide various FMV purchase and lease renewal options, including forecasting expected results and analyzing economic impacts.
  • Remarketing and Repossession of Equipment: Assist with the repossession and remarketing of defaulted and off-lease equipment, cultivating relationships with third-party service providers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of valuation methodologies and secondary market behavior for various asset classes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative.
  • Detail-oriented.
