[Hiring] Accounts Receivable Associate @Boldr

Role Description
As an Accounts Receivable Associate you will be overseeing age receivables, invoicing and client reporting work associated with the company and supporting the Accounts Receivable team. Your main priority is to maintain, and improve our client experience. You are also expected to provide additional support to management during audits.
- Support in sending invoices and communicate with clients and customers to request and arrange payments
- Manage collection efforts and associated functions, providing notes and information related to past due accounts
- Recording and tracking payments in databases and accounting software
- Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
- Support in the preparation of A/R reporting and help to maintain the billing system
- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
- Analyze financial data and ensure compliance
- Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Assist in general financial management and analysis
- Execute a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, cash flow reports, and monthly financial and management reports
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- At a minimum, an associate's degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 2 years of work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivables
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
