Role Description
Join Lithia & Driveway as an Accounting Systems Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our core operating systems to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.
- Maintain and update system setups, including chart of accounts, financial statements, and dealership operations structures
- Ensure accurate service, parts, body shop, and sales operations setups for optimal financial and operational reporting
- Support acquisition and divestiture transitions by maintaining system structures and reporting
- Assist in standardization projects across all systems
- Develop and maintain an instructional guide (playbook) for system maintenance
- Ensure internal controls are in place and functioning effectively
- Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, and Dealership Accounting teams
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisive decisions
- Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or commensurate experience)
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
