Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Wood Truss Estimator & Designer with extensive MiTek experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and estimating wood roof truss systems for U.S.-based residential and commercial construction projects. This role requires strong knowledge of structural framing, construction drawings, building codes, and truss engineering principles.

• Prepare accurate truss layouts, material estimates, and design packages.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the Philippines)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing and estimating wood truss systems for U.S.-based construction projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience using MiTek Structure (Expert level).
• Experience designing roof truss systems.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial wood framing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight bid deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
