[Hiring] Structural BIM Technical Expert @ENG

Role Description

You’ll start working with us under a vendor-based engagement model, gaining real project experience from day one. If you perform well, you’ll have a clear path to transition into a full-time staff position at ENG.

What you'll do:

• Work on real Structural BIM projects, ensuring models, drawings, and construction documentation are technically accurate, coordinated, and buildable.
• Review BIM deliverables and identify constructability issues.
• Support project teams with structural expertise.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, BIM coordinators, project managers, and clients on complex engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Structural Engineering, Structural BIM, detailing, or construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Advanced Revit skills.
• Experience reviewing structural BIM models, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Experience identifying design conflicts, coordination issues, and constructability concerns.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher; daily communication in English is required.
• Immediate availability.
• Own computer/laptop.

Requirements

• Experience with Navisworks.
• Experience performing QA/QC reviews.
• Experience conducting constructability reviews.
• Experience mentoring BIM modelers or engineering teams.
• Experience in construction, site supervision, or contractor coordination.
• Experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on US-based projects.
• Experience with LOD 300–400 project development.
