[Hiring] Stress Engineer @Capgemini

Role Description

Perform aircraft stress analysis for metallic structures, including:

• Static strength assessments
• Durability assessments
• Damage tolerance assessments

Develop, review, and validate structural repair solutions to ensure airworthiness and compliance with engineering standards.

Prepare and update technical documentation, including:

• Aircraft Structural Repair Manuals (SRM)
• Aircraft Maintenance Publications

Generate and review stress analysis reports related to:

• Repair designs
• Allowable damage limits for aircraft structures

Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support:

• Fleet maintenance
• Structural integrity initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Repair Engineering focused on aircraft structural repairs
• 3-5 years of experience in Stress Engineering within the aerospace or aviation industry
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience performing Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA)
• Strong knowledge of metallic aircraft structures, including repair design and structural assessment methodologies
• Experience interpreting, updating, and maintaining aircraft structural repair and maintenance documentation
• Advanced English communication skills
