[Hiring] Service Engineer II @Providence

Role Description

Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers, typically early in the development process, to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS, and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 or more years of related experience.
• Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
• Experience with n-tier solutions.
• Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).

Requirements

• Experience in a Healthcare environment (preferred).
