[Hiring] Senior Reliability Engineer @JLL

Role Description

JLL is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team! This position is supporting a Life Sciences Client across multiple locations in EMEA.

This exciting opportunity is responsible for providing reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets. In coordination and full collaboration with the TSSO, the Senior Reliability Engineer is responsible for implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate clients existing systems energy management programs, maintenance programs and life-cycle asset management approach.

• Develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes in accordance with JLL’s enhanced Reliability & Asset Services program.
• Acquires and analyzes data from CMMS and other sources and continually improves maintenance program strategy to meet outcomes-based performance measures.
• Conducts ongoing maintenance maturity assessments to assure progress to plan.
• Oversees root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures to determine the required corrective action for the situation.
• Determines cost advantages of alternatives and develops action plans that comply with internal/external customer demands for reliability processes/equipment to avoid failures.

Qualifications

• BS in an Engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred.
• 10 years’ plus experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems, and thorough understanding of asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches.
• Experience in critical environments preferred (data centers, laboratories, manufacturing environments, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types required.
• Experience in delivering training, coaching and mentoring using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
• Experience in Business analysis and/or Asset Management and/or analysing risk.
• Practical experience developing and optimisation of maintenance strategies and plans.
• Experience implementing and/or working with Management Systems i.e. (ISO9001, ISO55001).
• Asset whole lifecycle costing and total cost of ownership.
• Experience of multi-disciplinary projects and the application of system integration techniques across multiple type of assets.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manipulate large amounts of data accurately using different spreadsheet formats.
