[Hiring] Senior OT Standards & Governance Architect @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

The Senior OT Standards & Governance Architect will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing an OT governance framework covering SCADA, industrial networking, and cybersecurity.
• Conducting documentation inventory and gap assessments; establishing document lifecycle management and approval workflows.
• Defining SCADA standards: PLC programming, HMI development (ISA-101), Alarm Management (ISA-18.2), FAT/SAT testing, Backup & Recovery, Change Management.
• Developing COMNET/industrial network standards: OT network architecture, Purdue Model documentation, VLAN/IP addressing, firewall/router baselines, high availability and DR standards.
• Developing OT cybersecurity policies for remote access, vendor access, patch management, vulnerability management, incident response, and secure system hardening.
• Aligning standards with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
• Developing engineering documentation standards: network drawings, instrumentation drawings, P&IDs, control system diagrams, panel layouts, as-built documentation.
• Supporting Capital Improvement Program (CIP) by developing OT technical specifications for capital projects.

Qualifications

• SCADA Platforms: Wonderware, Ignition, AVEVA, GE.
• PLC Platforms: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Modicon.
• Industrial Networking and OT Architecture (Purdue Model).
• OT/ICS Cybersecurity frameworks: ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF.
• Technical Writing and Standards Development.
• Network Documentation and Engineering Standards.

Requirements

• Contract position.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in OT, ICS, SCADA, or Industrial Automation environments.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, GICSP, CISSP, CCNP/CCIE, PMP, ISA CAP.
• Experience in water/wastewater, utilities, energy, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure sectors.
