[Hiring] Senior Mechanical Engineer @CYCLE

Role Description

You will coordinate the technical development of our new products (ebikes, cargo bikes, e-mopeds) from scratch until they are ready for series production.

• Work with suppliers to ensure manufacturing and assembly feasibility.
• Resolve any technical issues during the specification and development cycles.
• Develop existing products by testing and evaluating integrated hardware components.
• Find alternative parts for the bikes (practical, mechanical, and electrical components).
• Travel to production sites to monitor the work of manufacturers (Europe and Asia).

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical, Design, Industrial, Aeronautical, Automotive, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• E-bike or bike development (not mandatory).
• Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers (Asia based).
• Hardware development and project management.
• Product life cycle management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
