Role Description

• Designing mechanical and electromechanical products and systems by applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
• Evaluating mechanical and electromechanical systems and products.
• Preparing and checking specifications, reports, datasheets, scopes of work, requisition packages, and other technical documentation.
• Interface with vendors to obtain technical and commercial information.
• Prepare material take-offs and bills of material.
• Attending and participating in HAZOPs, Model Reviews, and Constructability Reviews as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University.
• Registered professional engineer in the state of Oklahoma. Registration in other states is an asset.
• Must have 10+ years working as an Engineer specifically within the mechanical engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in a construction support/RFI handling capacity.
• Good technical understanding of the Mechanical Engineering field within the midstream industry.
• Previous experience with different disciplines and their deliverables, such as the Process Basis Design, Site Layout, P&ID’s, SLD, and Area Class is considered an asset.
