Role Description

Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for a Sr Engr, Production PC to join our growing family.

What you will be doing:

• Manage On Time Delivery and Customer Satisfaction - Satisfy customer requirement in order and delivery.
• Max revenue and Billing target achievement - Rationalize manufacturing & shipping priority for billing target achievement.
• Production Planning (MPS/MRP) - Optimize production plan, monitor production achievement and drive production improvement.
• Inventory Management - Maintain reasonable inventory including to rationalize material demand, control material flow and economize manufacturing resources.
• Coordinator - Coordinate with customer, QA and engineer for quality problem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in semiconductor industry
• Basic knowledge of Semiconductor (diode) Industry or supply chain
• Communication skills in both Chinese & English
