[Hiring] Senior Commissioning Specialist/Engineer @EXP

Role Description

At EXP, we’re driven to provide innovative solutions for the world’s built and natural environments. As a Senior Commissioning Specialist/Engineer, you will be a part of the Sustainability Sector, providing commissioning services to clients across North America.

• Manage existing client relationships and support development of new clients
• Work with Marketing on project pursuits and client presentations
• Review owner project requirements
• Perform design reviews
• Develop commissioning specifications
• Create commissioning plans, checklists and tests
• Perform field visits and observe commissioning tests
• Work with contractors in the field to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing
• Write field reports and final reports
• Create Systems Manuals

Qualifications

• 5+ years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical and/or electrical engineering design, test and balance and/or building automation system check-out
• Commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred

Requirements

• The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
