Role Description

We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer with specialization in HVAC systems and energy auditing. The role involves:

• Performing heat load calculations
• Reviewing mechanical/electrical/plumbing designs
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Supporting project planning, design validation, and energy efficiency initiatives
• Contributing to both residential and commercial projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (required)
• Professional license or certification preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on HVAC systems
• Proven experience in heat load calculations and energy auditing
• Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700, AutoCAD, Revit MEP)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Familiarity with energy efficiency standards and sustainability practices
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and technical reporting tools

Requirements

• Conduct detailed heat load calculations and HVAC system sizing
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Perform energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and compliance submissions
