[Hiring] Junior E-Maintenance Planner / Scheduler @Lean Solutions Group

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn E-Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to support preventative and corrective maintenance operations across major crafts. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Work order management
• Resource allocation
• Parts coordination
• Cost estimation using CMMS tools

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure maintenance activities run smoothly, minimizing equipment downtime and production disruptions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance scheduling, work order planning, facilities support, or operational coordination.
• Foundational understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance workflows across mechanical, electrical, or general maintenance crafts.
• Basic knowledge of resource allocation, inventory/parts tracking with procurement teams, and maintenance documentation.
• Exposure to basic cost estimation and cost tracking for operational tasks.
• Hands-on exposure or experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), basic spreadsheets, and planning/scheduling tools.

• Eagerness to Learn: Highly motivated, curious, and adaptable mindset with a drive to learn new tools and maintenance management systems quickly.
• Organization & Detail: Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills to maintain clean work orders and operational documentation.
