Role Description

Join Navico Group as an Integrated Systems Technician III and play a key role in delivering advanced integrated electrical and electronic solutions for customers across Europe. This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced technician who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working autonomously, and building strong customer relationships. You'll support customers in the field, lead complex installations and commissioning activities, and act as a trusted technical expert across our integrated systems portfolio.

While Poland is the preferred location for this role, we are open to considering exceptional candidates based elsewhere in Europe. Ideally, candidates will be located within easy reach of Poland and the surrounding region where many of our OEM partners and customers are based, allowing for regular travel and strong customer engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Lead installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting activities for complex integrated systems.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues independently.
• Provide onboard and remote technical support to customers and partners.
• Deliver technical training and guidance to customers and OEMs.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex field issues.
• Mentor and support other technicians across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in system installation, commissioning, integration or advanced technical support.
• Qualifications in electrical, electronic or integrated systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Confidence working independently in remote and field-based environments.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• A willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Ability to work remotely.
• A full, clean driver's licence.
