[Hiring] Electrical Engineer III - Electrical - General @Pond & Company

Role Description

We are searching for a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related MEP design engineering experience and will take a leadership role in the design and analysis of electrical systems. In this position, you will:

• Mentor junior-level MEP engineers
• Support proposal efforts
• Work on diverse projects across multiple markets and geographies
• Broaden your knowledge and deepen your skill set in building systems design
• Efficiently navigate through various design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation

This role can be based in one of our Pond offices or as a remote employee, providing flexibility in your work location. This role offers a great opportunity for career growth while working on a variety of impactful electrical engineering projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of related MEP experience
• Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
• Federal Project experience will have special consideration
• Experience mentoring and training employees
• Proven experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and interfacing with clients
• PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans on obtaining a PE license in the near future
• Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and produce high-quality work
• A strong desire to learn and grow professionally

• Most roles also require in-person onboarding at a Pond office location
