Role Description

Supervise engineering team, participate in hiring decisions, assign work, and support employee development.

• Plan and oversee software development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical requirements for our social media/influencer marketing and AI platforms.
• Review software architecture and oversee the development of software applications.
• Monitor project quality and performance.
• Coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of software systems.
• Employer will permit remote work and/or telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering or software development.

Requirements

• Experience designing software architecture and cloud-based applications, APIs, and distributed systems that process large-scale, high-volume data.
• Experience developing AI or machine learning solutions for content analysis, recommendation systems, media processing, or digital platforms.
• Experience with image or video processing systems, data pipelines, or other large-scale data processing applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional software engineering teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies to manage software development projects, coordinate product releases, and deliver enterprise software applications.

Benefits

• Salary: $180,000-$220,000/year.
• The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
